Apartment No. 1 has a total size of 55m2 and contains two double bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, a dining room and a large terrace of 35m2.
Room No. 1 consists of a double bed 200x160, bedroom No. 2 consists of a double bed 200x160 and a sofa bed measuring 200x140.
It is equipped with air conditioning for cooling and heating.
The kitchen is equipped with utensils for preparing and serving food and drinks in appropriate quantities, a refrigerator, an electric hob and a hood.
The apartment has a flat-screen TV with satellite dish and Internet access.
The toilet consists of a toilet with a shower.
The terrace has a seating area.
The price of the apartment includes parking, bed linen, towels, final cleaning, electricity and water use, tourist tax and internet.
